We crafted LANAI to last for life, and we stand by that claim. 

Structural warranty

All LANAI Outdoor Flooring products come with a lifetime structural integrity warranty under normal use. 
 
All products are made using 100% pure PVC, meaning there are no wood materials mixed in that could rot, mold, or decay. You may install your LANAI Outdoor Floor either on a platform or directly on the ground, and your warranty will still be valid. 

Limited stain and fade warranty

LANAI Outdoor Flooring also comes with a 25-year stain and fade warranty from the date of purchase. 

We use a proprietary LifeCap outer capping on all four sides of our Planks, which not only provides the look and feel of real wood, but also provides a UV barrier and a scratch- and stain-resistant outer layer.
